About 2WayTrust
2WayTrust supports organisations in tackling leadership behaviours that get in the way of higher business performance. Our offer of 2waytrust Leadership is designed to help teams embed the processes necessary to letting go of unhelpful team behaviours.
Fundamental to our identity is our commitment to not having a "ticket" and putting forward ideas about leadership on the basis that it is your right to "pick'n'mix".
Our Director, Pete Ashby, founded 2WayTrust in 2004. This followed on from an international series of consultative events that he led on behalf of a range of governments and international bodies after 9/11, on the scope for a new world order.
As part of that series, Pete undertook a lecture tour in South-East Asia and his speech on "A new politics of trust" sets out the broader thinking behind 2WayTrust.
What fascinates us is the interaction between business performance, team behaviours and two-way trust.
Top teams at Hartyland
Our head office is in Postbridge, Dartmoor, which is also Pete’s home – and where we occasionally work with top teams.
The picture of Hartyland shows it sitting alone at the foot of Hartland tor and it is ideal as a retreat for top teams of up to five. This part of Dartmoor is quite magical and you’ll be surprised by how your horizons as a team are broadened when you work in this sort of setting.
When you are walking up to the tor things become possible in a way that you can never quite imagine in a conference room on the hotel circuit!

If you are interested in the possibility of coming to Hartyland,
please call Pete Ashby or Helen Jones on 01822 880317.
