2WayTrust supports organisations in improving their business performance through making the link between performance and leadership behaviours.
Our Managing Director, Pete Ashby, founded 2WayTrust in 2004. This followed on from an international series of consultative events that Pete led on behalf of a range of governments and international bodies after 9/11, on the scope for a new world order. As part of that series, Pete undertook a lecture tour in South-East Asia and his speech on "A new politics of trust" sets out the broader thinking behind 2WayTrust.
Put simply, after 20 years of facilitating events on a wide range of public policies, Pete came to the view that screwed up relationships do more damage to our world than screwed up policies. Hence our focus in 2WayTrust on making discussions at work real and supporting teams in working through the “difficult stuff” face-to-face in a spirit of mutual trust.
