2WayTrust Leadership Team:
Pete Ashby, Managing Director
Pete
founded 2WayTrust in the Spring of 2004 following a lecture
tour of 5 countries in South-East Asia organised by the Asia-Europe
Foundation, on creating a new politics of trust.
In his early 20s Pete was Deputy President of the National Union of Students, and he then spent a number of years in the TUC Industrial Relations Department. He developed his national reputation through his leadership of Full Employment UK in the 1980s, Open Agenda in the 1990s and the New World Order Forum after 9/11. During most of this time he was a Fellow of St. George’s House, Windsor Castle, where he facilitated more than 180 overnight events for groups of business leaders.
Since 2004 Pete has carved out a distinctive national role for himself in coaching top teams, and leading them through a challenging process that takes them right to the edge of their “comfort zone”. Please follow this link to our Leadership Coaching page with details of Pete's most recent clients.
Jacqui Martin, Development Director
Jacqui
joined 2WayTrust in 2005 and is now our Development Director responsible
for all aspects of the team’s growth as well as our website development.
During the next few months Jacqui will be developing the international
pilot as the basis for a thoroughgoing evaluation in the Autumn – and
then marketing revised versions of our products internationally from
January 2009.
Greg Williams, Product Manager
Greg
joined the team in the summer of 2007, and has transformed the visual
presentation of our communications with clients since his arrival. He
leads on all aspects of product development and customising 2WayTrust
products for clients who roll them out across their organisation. His
particular flair is in developing graphic presentations, and his ambition
is to turn the website into a series of animations!
Sarah Martin, Development Manager
Sarah
joined 2WayTrust towards the end of last year, with a background as
a personal adviser in the financial services sector. Her lead responsibility
is for liasing with non UK-based companies that will be joining our
international pilot. In June and July Sarah will be in San Diego and
then Jakarta - and promises to spend some of the summer in the UK!
Jonty Faulkner, External Relations Manager
Jonty
joined us shortly after graduating from Exeter University last summer.
He leads in all aspects of our external relations with partner organisations,
and is also responsible for 2WayTrust finances. During the summer months
he spends as much of his free time as possible as a rowing coach – and
says that all of the low trust behaviours described in 2WayTrust Leadership
can be seen on the water!
Helen Jones, Events Manager
Helen
joined 2WayTrust in March 2008, and is responsible for managing all
2WayTrust events. Most of her career has been as a credit underwriter,
and as part of her induction into the world of HR Helen will be attending
a 3-day event with 9,000 HR experts in San Diego at the beginning of
June. In comparision with that our in-house events are distinctly modest!
