On this site we will record the business benefits that organisations say they are gaining from 2WayTrust Feedback. It is hugely important that this new system is viewed primarily in terms of the energy and goodwill that it frees up for your business.

We don’t believe that any new feedback system should be seen as a panacea. At its best, it is a catalyst, a trigger for people to have the sorts of discussions with each other that they know they should have been having for quite some time, and to support each other in tackling difficult issues about how we each manage our own behaviour in the workplace.
2WayTrust Feedback provides an opportunity for people to let go of old “baggage”. As they leave this behind, their capacity to engage with those around them and contribute to the development of their business is that much greater.
