We offer a money back guarantee for organisations
buying our all-inclusive
corporate package. The guarantee is personalised to a Director or
senior Manager and we need that person to give us
a call and talk to us to issue the
guarantee. All guarantees are confirmed in writing and run for a 30
day period from the date of purchase. They
entitle the named individual to a full refund if their experience of
using one of our products is that it will NOT support them in improving
performance. No link with higher performance,
no cost to you.
All we ask is that the person triggering the guarantee was personally
involved in the group where the script didn't work for them and that
they give us some feedback about the experience. Subject to this, we
would immediately issue a full refund.
