2WayTrust supports organisations in improving their business performance through helping leadership teams leave behind unhelpful behaviours. We support them with this through three main products that can be used directly with your own teams, without involving external consultants:
- 2WayTrust Feedback offers a script for face-to-face feedback in small groups of 3 to 5
- 2WayTrust Appraisals take the scoring out of one-to-one appraisals and link them directly to team discussions
- 2WayTrust Leadership is a self-assessment guide to help top teams leave behind the ten most dysfunctional behaviours that trap them into “old habits” that undermine performance.
These products were launched early in 2008 following a two-year period of working with Chief Executives and Executive Directors to understand how business performance can be improved through changing team behaviours.
